Solarama LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated September 22, 2026
These terms apply when you book or use a service from Solarama LLC, a licensed Florida
solar contractor (license CVC57175), or use solarama.us. Booking with us or using our website means you
agree to them. “We” and “us” mean Solarama LLC. For a new solar installation, the
written agreement you sign for that job also applies, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
1
Prices and quotes
-
Your price is in your quote or booking confirmation, and that is the price that applies. Prices on our
website can change, and prices mentioned by phone or text before a visit are estimates.
-
Paid on-site visits have a minimum charge, and we’ll tell you the amount before you book. If a
repair needs more time than your visit covers, we’ll ask you before continuing.
-
Any parts or equipment not included in your price are quoted, and approved by you, before we install
them.
-
New solar installations, and any other work without a listed price, are priced by written quote.
-
Free consultations and evaluations are free, with no deposit and no obligation.
2
Booking, deposits and payment
-
On-site visits are booked at least two days ahead, Monday to Saturday, in an arrival window.
-
A deposit secures a paid on-site visit, and it counts toward your total.
-
The rest is due when the work is done. Card payments are processed by Square.
-
Services we do remotely are paid in advance.
3
Changing or canceling a visit
You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Call
407-900-6055
or email
support@solarama.us
.
If we need to reschedule for weather, safety or illness, we’ll contact you as early as we can to
find a new time.
4
Access and safety
-
Please give us accurate details and safe access: gate codes, pets secured, and a clear path to your
equipment.
-
For your safety, we will never ask you to go on your roof, use a ladder or tools, remove any metal
cover, or touch wiring, connectors or conduit. At your electrical panel, only the outer door ever opens;
the metal cover behind the breakers stays on.
-
If your system has a problem, we may ask you to check its lights and send us a photo, follow written
steps on your phone to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi, or open a plastic lid that releases by hand. At the
panel, the most we’ll ever ask is that you switch one clearly labeled solar breaker fully off and
back on, once, if it has tripped and you’re comfortable doing it. If it trips again, leave it off
and call us. These steps are always optional; you can ask for a visit instead.
-
If you rent your home, please leave these steps to us.
-
If you notice smoke, sparks or a burning smell, call 911 first, then call us.
-
If we can’t get safe access when we arrive, we’ll work with you on a new time.
5
Photos
Photos you send us, and photos we take on site, help us diagnose your system and keep a record of the
job. We keep them with your record.
6
Our virtual assistant and recorded calls
Our phone line is answered by Alex, our virtual assistant, who can answer questions, give prices and book
appointments, and who also makes some follow-up calls for us. Calls with Alex are recorded and transcribed.
Our
Privacy Policy
explains how we handle them.

Solar monitoring plan
-
The plan covers 12 months of monitoring from the date you pay. It’s a single payment. It never
renews or charges you automatically.
-
Monitoring is for SolarEdge systems. You connect yours by transferring your site’s installer to
Solarama in SolarEdge’s system. You keep full access to your own account, and we never need your
password. We can’t monitor Enphase systems automatically yet, so if you have Enphase, please call us
at
407-900-6055
before you pay.
-
We check your system through SolarEdge’s portal for four problems: it has stopped reporting, it
isn’t producing power, it’s showing a fault, or it’s producing less than it should. When we
spot a problem, we’ll let you know what’s happening and what to do next.
-
We remind you 30 days before your plan ends. After the end date we keep watching for 7 more days. If
you haven’t renewed by then, monitoring stops. Renewing picks up where you left off, with nothing to
set up again.
-
For monitoring customers, we can help with manufacturer warranty claims. The manufacturer decides
whether a claim is approved and how long it takes. Installing a replacement part is usually not covered by
the manufacturer; it’s a paid visit, quoted for your OK first.
-
Repair visits aren’t part of the plan. We’ll always quote them first.
-
We can only see what your manufacturer’s portal reports, and we can’t monitor while your
system or internet connection is offline or the portal is down. Monitoring helps catch problems early. It
doesn’t guarantee your system’s production or your savings.
8
Equipment and manufacturer warranties
Solar panels, inverters, batteries and other equipment are covered by their manufacturers’
warranties, not by us. We don’t warrant equipment supplied, or work done, by other installers.
9
Text messages
Solarama customer texts.
When you text us, or give us your mobile number to book or ask
about service, we may text you about your request, including follow-ups after you contact us; your
appointments, deposits, payments and receipts; one request for a review after each finished job; and, if
you’re a monitoring customer, messages about your system, such as alerts, all-clears and quarterly
summaries, and reminders about renewing your plan.
-
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

never sell or share your mobile number or text consent for anyone else’s marketing.
10
Using our website
Information on our website is general and can change, including prices and availability. Your quote or
booking confirmation is what applies to your job. Please don’t misuse the site or its forms.
11
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses,
including lost solar production, lost savings or higher utility bills, and our total responsibility for any
claim about a service is limited to what you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits a
responsibility that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under Florida
law.
12
If something goes wrong
Please call or email us first. Most problems are quickest to fix that way. These terms are governed by
Florida law, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
13
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date. The terms in place
when you booked apply to that booking.
