Solarama LLC
Last updated September 22, 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you call, text, email or book with us or visit solarama.us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. “We” and “us” mean Solarama LLC, which services and installs solar systems in Central Florida.
Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the home we’re working on; the service you need and details about your system and what’s going wrong; practical notes for the visit; and any photos, bills or screenshots you send us.
Our phone line is answered by Alex, our virtual assistant. Calls with Alex are recorded and transcribed so we get your details right, and we keep notes from them with your record.
The messages you send us and our replies, including photos you send by text.
Your appointment details, and a record of each payment: the amount, the date, and the name, email and phone number on it. Card payments are processed by Square. Please don’t send us card numbers by phone, text or email.
If you join our monitoring plan and give us access to your system through your manufacturer’s portal, we receive your system’s production, status, alerts, equipment details and site address from it.
When you fill in a form on solarama.us, we receive what you enter. Our website also uses cookies, which are explained under “Cookies and analytics” below.
Automated tools help with some of this. Alex, our virtual assistant, answers our phone and makes some follow-up calls, and our systems help sort, write and send our messages.
How our texts work, including how often we send them and how to stop them, is explained in the text message section of our Terms of Service .
We never sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you and run our business, as described below. Our website tools also share browsing information with Google, as explained under “Cookies and analytics”.
Your mobile number and text consent. We share your mobile number and text consent only with the providers that help us send our messages, such as our text-message and phone companies. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our systems connect to the Google account behind our business mailbox, support@solarama.us , through Google’s Gmail API. We use that access only to send our email, read email sent to us (including messages from our website forms), label the messages we’ve handled, and save reply drafts, which a person on our team reviews before sending. We don’t access your Google account.
When you email us, your name, email address, subject line and message go to our message-drafting tool, which sorts new inquiries and prepares draft replies. We add what we need to our customer records, and post a short note in our team’s internal messaging: who wrote, the subject, and a preview of the message or of our draft reply. Messages from our website forms are added to our customer records and shared with our team in full. We keep a list of message IDs we’ve already handled so we don’t process the same email twice. We don’t use email content for advertising, we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train general-purpose models.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
Our website uses cookies and similar technology from Google:
These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser, the pages you visit and how you arrived. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at google.com/policies/privacy/partners . You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on , and control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com . Our website doesn’t change how it works in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
We keep your information for as long as we’re working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our records, warranty questions, and tax and legal purposes. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a record of that request so we can keep honoring it.
Email follows the same rule: messages stay in our mailbox, and the notes, drafts and previews we make from them stay with your record and in our team messaging, until we no longer need them for these reasons. The list of email message IDs we’ve handled holds no message content and is kept for 90 days.
We protect your information with safeguards suited to a small business. Our accounts are password-protected, our Gmail connection is used only by our own systems, and our systems check that incoming messages and payment notices really come from our phone, voice and payment providers. No system is perfectly secure.
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
